This strategic, long-term initiative, named "Bring the Purpose to Life" is set to be launched in early September. It receives strong support from both our owners and board of directors. They are all united by the overarching goal of making sustainability as a cornerstone for exponential growth.
The initiative "Bring the Purpose to Life" unfolds across three phases. At its core are the collective efforts of our 5000+ employees, spanning white and blue-collar workers across every region and site.
The journey unfolds as follows:
Step 1: Elevating Climate Change Awareness
Collaborating with Climate Fresk, a nonprofit organization whose aim is to raise public awareness about climate change, we embark on a journey of Climate Change Awareness training. This fundamental step serves as the foundation of our mission.
Step 2: Harvesting Sustainability Insights Locally
Through localized workshops, we collectively work together to find ways to make sustainable advancements. This detailed exploration will help us make sure our plans fit perfectly with the specific local needs and spark numerous CSR initiatives for the community.
Step 3: Bridging Talk with Tangible Impact
Our final effort leads to turning words into actions. We are committed to implementing improvements that help the environment on both local and global scales, as well as sharing best practices among all of us.
Right at the center of our efforts is a dedicated Project Team and Community Managers. But what really makes us successful is your active involvement and your local know-how.
