Unlike wooden pallet collars, these corrugated collars can be easily recycled at their destination. Made from lightweight materials, EdgePak Collar is lighter than wood-based options, making it an excellent choice for companies aiming to optimize logistics and reduce their carbon footprint. Switching to EdgePak Collar in one-way flows significantly lowers CO2-eq emissions in supply chains, reduces landfill waste, and cuts down on transport costs.
Beyond its environmental benefits, the EdgePak Collar maintains the ease and flexibility of traditional pallet collars. It is quick to assemble, adaptable in height, and even more ergonomic due to its lower weight. This makes it easy to transition to EdgePak Collar for one-way shipments without compromising functionality or convenience.

This innovative packaging solution showcases Nefab's ability to blend sustainability with functionality. In collaboration with GE HealthCare, Nefab created a customized packaging solution that simplifies handling, cutting down packing time by 66%, and enhances the unboxing experience for end-users. Designed to replace traditional PE foam, this mono-material option significantly cuts CO2 emissions and landfill waste while ensuring the safe delivery of sensitive healthcare equipment.
