Our cushioning solutions are made primarily from recycled plastics – including ocean bound plastics - and 100% recyclable materials that are efficiently applicable to one-way flows and return flows.
Tailor-made to each customer’s requirements, our high-performing cushioning solutions are designed, prototyped, and tested in Nefab's ISTA-certified labs by our Global Engineering Network.

Nefab’s cushioning solutions are designed with reduced materials and are applicable to circular flows. Once their life cycle comes to an end, we collect our customer’s thermoformed waste when possible, then clean, extrude, and reuse it as raw material to produce recycled thermoformed products.
By using ocean bound plastics in our cushioning solutions we also contribute to cleaner oceans and environments.
By turning material at-risk of becoming ocean pollution it into a reliable plastic resin, it’s possible to use them as raw materials that are 100% recycled and recyclable.
Ocean bound plastics can be refined to quality levels up to 100% inclusion in nearly any application where HDPE is the preferred material.
This versatile resin can be for molding products, making it suitable for a wide range of packaging applications, including thermoformed cushioning.
