The lightweight pallet is Nefab's own alternative to standard pallets. Light, strong and climate, this unique pallet design is flexible both in terms of its performance and sizing.

Despite having a much lower weight than standard pallets, the Lightweight Pallet's sturdy steel can design doesn't sacrifice any of its strength

By replacing dense wooden blocks with steel cans, the overall pallet weight is reduced significantly

Returnable

When used with the Nefab RePak, the Lightweight Pallet can be used in a returnable flow to reduce cost and packaging waste

The Nefab Lightweight Pallet is based on an innovative solution that replaces the traditional pallet block with a hollow steel can — robust, stable and light. With this as a starting point, you can build your own Lightweight Pallet and further customize it based on the characteristics of your product and the configuration of your logistics chain.

With our Lightweight Pallet, we offer optimal protection while minimizing weight. The pallet is light, strong and climate-resistant — it does not absorb moisture or cause any phytosanitary problems (in accordance with ISPM 15).
