Model NCC, stijf, niet-opvouwbaar

Model NCC is een niet-opvouwbare 1,0-2,0 m³ Cutfiller Bin met buitengewone fysieke kwaliteiten. De bakken in het NCC-assortiment zijn metaalbeschermd op alle blootgestelde slijtagedelen en gemaakt om jarenlang bestand te zijn tegen de ruwste behandeling. Het NCC-model is gemonteerd in een gegalvaniseerde of roestvrijstalen bodemkuip die uit één stuk is geperst en alleen langs de verticale hoeken is gelast. Dit zorgt voor de sterkst mogelijke constructie en maximale bescherming tegen slijtage van de transportband en ruw gebruik met klemtrucks of vorkheftrucks. Opties zoals wielen, loopwagens, palletonderstellen, chips en nummers voor identificatiegegevens, barcodes en nog veel meer kunnen worden toegevoegd om een efficiënte verwerking te garanderen.

<h2>Model NCC, Rigid, Non-Foldable</h2> <p>Model NCC is a non-foldable 1.0-2.0 m&sup3; Cutfiller Bin with extraordinary physical qualities. The bins within the NCC portfolio are metal protected on all exposed to-wear parts and manufactured to withstand the roughest handling for years. The NCC-model is mounted in either a electro galvanized or stainless steel bottom tub pressed into one piece and welded only along the vertical corners. This provides the strongest construction possible and maximum protection against conveyor belt wear and rough clamp truck or forklift handling. Features like wheels, runners, pallet bases, identification data chips and numbers, barcodes and much more can be added to secure efficient handling.</p>

Model FCB - Opvouwbare grootvolume afvalemmer

Onze grootvolumebak - model FCB (Foldable Cutfiller Bin) - voldoet aan de vraag naar grootvolumebakken voor cutfiller en eenvoudige en platte verzending naar elke bestemming ter wereld. Het FCB-model is verkrijgbaar in bijna elk gewenst formaat. Van 1 m3 of kleiner tot grote bakken van 6,75 m3 voor meer dan 1000 kilo cutfiller. Speciaal ontworpen aluminium profielen zorgen voor eenvoudige montage op locatie en buitengewone sterkte.

Grootste standaardformaat is 3000 x 1471 x 1471 mm (ca. 120" x 59" x 61"). Grotere niet-standaardformaten zijn ook beschikbaar op aanvraag.

<h2>Model FCB - Foldable, Large Volume Bin</h2> <p>Our large volume bin - model FCB (Foldable Cutfiller Bin) - fulfills the demand for both large volume Cutfiller Bins and easy and flat packed shipping to any destination in the world. The FCB-model is available in nearly any size required. From 1 m3, or smaller, to large volume bins of 6.75 m3 corresponding to more than 1000 kilos of cutfiller. Special designed aluminum profiles provides easy on site assembling and extraordinary strength.</p> <p>Largest standard size is 3000 x 1471 x 1471 mm (Approx. 120" x 59" x 61"). Larger non-standard sizes are also available upon request.</p>

V-model

Voorgemonteerde tabaksverpakkingscontainers. Nefab introduceert een nieuwe versie van het NCC-model. De nieuwe Nefab Cutfiller Bin heeft een licht conisch ontwerp, waardoor het ledigingsproces nog effectiever is. Dit model wordt in de fabriek voorgemonteerd en in delen naar de eindbestemming getransporteerd. 

- "De combinatie van het speciale multiplex met folie en het conische ontwerp zorgt ervoor dat de tabak zeer effectief vrijkomt. Zelfs als de tabak in de cutfiller is geperst, valt deze eruit als de bak wordt gekanteld, zodat er geen tabak in de bak achterblijft", zegt Per Bertilsson, Product Manager voor Cutfiller Bins.

De nieuwe 2,0 m3 versie van het NCC-model, conisch met 1°, bespaart ruimte en tijd in het handlingsysteem.

<h2>V-Model</h2> <p>Pre assembled Tobacco Packaging Containers. Nefab introduces a new version of the NCC-model. The new Nefab Cutfiller Bin has a slightly conical design, which makes the emptying process even more effective. This model is pre-assembled in factory and transported in parts to final destination.&nbsp;</p> <p>- "The combination of the special film faced plywood and the conical design makes the release of tobacco very effective. Even if the tobacco has been pressed into the cutfiller bin it will fall out when tipping the bin, leaving no tobacco inside", says Per Bertilsson, Product Manager for Cutfiller Bins..</p> <p>The new 2,0 m3 version of the NCC-model, conic by 1&deg;, will save space and time in the handing system.</p>

Tabaksverpakkingsoplossingen op maat

De Nefab Cutfiller Bin kan worden aangepast aan de specifieke eisen van elke sigarettenfabriek. De bakken worden volledig volgens de wensen van de klant gemaakt en kunnen in bijna elke vorm en maat worden gemaakt, zodat ze passen in elk bestaand verwerkings-, vul- of kiepsysteem.

Oplossingen op maat kunnen zowel in kleine als in grote hoeveelheden worden aangeboden.

The bins are made entirely according to the customer's wishes and can be manufactured in almost any shape and size to fit any existing, handling-, filler- or tipper system.</p> <p>Customized solutions can be offered in small as well as in large quantities.</p>

Over ons

Nefab Cutfiller Bins zijn gemaakt van de sterkst mogelijke constructie: roestvrij of elektrolytisch verzinkt staal en hoogwaardig berkenmultiplex. Door een speciale folie, die warm in het multiplex wordt geperst, is er geen condensvorming en geen statische elektriciteit, en dus ook geen stofophoping. De niet-vervuilende folie maakt onze bakken bestand tegen het aanhechten van tabak en stelen.
