The common method of loading server racks into their transport crates uses wooden ramps. The process of rolling a heavy product up or down an incline relies on manual labor, time and comes with risk. With Rack Jack, we endeavored to create an easier, safer way to load and unload server racks.
When operating Rack Jack, it always remains fully horizontal, meaning once a rack is loaded onto it, there's no need to worry as you raise and lower it with control. In addition, in its lowered position, the platform is only 20 mm from the floor.
Safety and peace of mind was a significant design consideration with Rack Jack, as its wheels automatically block movement if there is weight on the loading deck. Rack Jack can safely be moved in this case once you pull a lever on the handle, and will return to blocking the wheels once it is released.
