Nefab RePak is an ideal solution for returnable flows. Due to its lightweight plywood material and collapsibility ratio it ensures ease of handling and assembly. In addition to the plywood, the container is equipped with steel components to reinforce its longevity and strength for multiple uses. Nefab RePak is available in different versions and can be customized to your needs.

Nefab’s returnable/reusable packaging, RePak, is designed for reasonably large returnable flows. RePak is made with a lightweight plywood material and steel hinges that provide a high collapsibility ratio and easy handling and assembly. It can easily be customized according to customer requirements and is also compliant with international phytosanitary requirements (ISPM #15)
Ideal Solution for Returnable flows
Nefab RePak is an ideal solution for returnable flows. Its strength and durability means it can be used and reused for several cycles, leading to significant cost reductions. Despite its high strength, it is constructed from a lightweight plywood material and has a high collapsibility ratio, which ensures ease of handling and assembly.
RePak P
Durable and flexible pallet collar system with four or six galvanized steel hinges. Available in standard and custom sizes with various options.
RePak T
Returnable steel and sheet material. Packaging solution consisting of three parts: lid, frame and a fixed base attached to a pallet. It is highly recommended for heavy or bulky goods and its major advantage is its ability to collapse within itself.
RePak L
Similar to RePak T, RePak L is a returnable steel and sheet material packaging solution with six hinges. However, RePak L has the option to be returned stacked without any pallet attached to it to reduce the collapsibility ratio even further. Under regular operating conditions, a single Nefab RePak L can replace more than fifty expendable packaging products.
